Synopsis

When Mother Nature rains on his tanning parade, Prince Vince doesn't just pull out an umbrella, he calls on Merle, the magician, to cast a spell and make the rain go away — forever! But as Prince Vince learns, when you mess with Mother Nature, Mother Nature messes with you!
