- Local preferences — your watchlist, recently watched items, and language choice are stored in your browser (localStorage).
- Account data — if you sign in with Google, we store your email and display name to sync your watchlist across devices.
- Usage data — anonymous traffic and performance metrics (page views, referrers, load times) to keep the site fast.
What we don't collect
- We don't sell your data.
- We don't store payment information — FreeFlix is free.
- We don't track you across other websites.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep the site working and remember your session. Third-party embeds (e.g. video players) may set their own cookies; please refer to their policies.
Third-party content
FreeFlix embeds video players and metadata from third parties (TMDB and external hosts). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those services.
Your rights
You can clear your local data anytime via your browser settings. If you signed in, you can request deletion of your account data by emailing support@free-flix.live.
Children
FreeFlix is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced on the homepage. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
